Why We Partner
The Diaspora Ministry Coalition was created as a response to the growing influx of diaspora unreached people groups in the US and a desire to work together to move farther, faster for the glory of Jesus. People from closed or limited access countries have come to our shores—the same people we are trying to serve overseas. Why not reach out to them here? We desire to mobilize workers to love and serve unreached people groups who God has brought to us.
Our agencies came together, recognizing that we were all interested in serving and sharing the love of Christ with unreached people groups in America. We also realized that, while there are millions of people from unreached people groups living in the US, few groups were reaching out to them. By combining our efforts and working together to send workers into diaspora neighborhoods in the US, we recognized that we could make a larger impact for the Kingdom of God together. The Diaspora Ministry Coalition was born.
Our Values
- Gospel & Churches: We value sharing the message of Christ and helping to facilitate a movement of simple, reproducible house churches.
- Movement: We share a vision to see a Disciple Making Movement (DMM) among diaspora peoples.
- Unreached People Groups: We share a passion to love those from unreached people groups. We want to focus our efforts on these groups
- Team: We believe in the synergy of healthy teams. We are looking for people who can work well within a team. We are also seeking to find catalytic leaders who can raise up and lead teams.
